Improve movement, strength and performance through the correction of muscle imbalances and increasing neurological stimulus to dormant muscles. Once everything is firing I bring it together with compound movements that will carry over to all physical tasks, improving function and performance. It doesn’t matter if you are training for a marathon, athletics or to play with the kids, I can get you to your goals.
I’m usually training, either in the Thai Boxing gym or on the weights. When I’m not training or working it’s my girlfriend and food that occupy my time.
