What you do, in a nutshell?

Approaching my clients in a holistic way, looking at their whole body to determine imbalances. I find the best-suited exercises combining mobility/flexibility, posture, balance, cardio as well as strength & conditioning to help individuals recover from injury, chronic pain or to live a more healthy and active life in general.
